Metabolic Training (HIIT)
Thursdays 7.30pm-8pm

Metabolic Training (more commonly known as High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT) is a workout strategy designed to maximise calorie burn both during and AFTER exercise. This is achieved by asking you to do a series of bodyweight exercises (many you will be familiar with and nothing too complicated) for a short, intense period.

  • Train your body to burn more calories after exercise
  • Increase your muscle strength
  • Improve your cardiovascular fitness

    This class is suitable for anyone to attend, it's free for our members and to those with a Fitness Class Pass. PAYG also welcome for just £5 a session.
