Stretch Workshops
Look out for details of our regular stretch workshops, or book a private session to work through a personal stretch program for you to use at home.

Using a mix of yoga pilates and gymnastic techniques we will warm up your body and gently stretch the spine, arms, shoulders and legs with dynamic stretches, which will double up as toning and strengthening exercises. Then move in to some more intense leg and hip stetches.

Working as deeply or as gently as you wish, whether you are aiming for the splits or just trying to touch your toes, you will benefit from this class!
