A 45 minute class to improve your flexibility. With a full body gentle stretch every week plus a deeper stretch in to target areas that will change weekly (legs, hips, shoulders, back).
We stretch for 2 reasons:
You'll learn not only how to stretch but what the benefits of each stretch and movement are, what to avoid, what to push further, and how to recognise what your body needs from you.
Cat is an experienced Pilates instructor with over 10yrs teaching dance and aerial fitness - if you have any injuries or persistant niggles please do get in touch before hand so she can talk to you and make any changes to the exercises given in class.
We have some yoga mats but bring your own if you have one :)
