Stretch
Thursdays 8pm-9pm

We stretch for 2 reasons:

  • To keep our bodies supple and healthy, and able to keep up with and recover from our active lifestyles.
  • Deeper and improved long term flexibility.

    In class you'll learn not only how to stretch but what the benefits of each stretch and movement are, what to avoid, what to push further, and how to recognise what your body needs from you.

    We have 3 instructors for stretch. Lucy is a professional dancer and musical theatre performer with a variety of teaching experience not only in dance but also as a qualified yoga instructor. Cat is an experienced Pilates instructor with over 10yrs teaching pole aerial fitness. Jayne is a qualified scuba diving instructor and personal trainer, with over 13 years experience in pole and aerial skills. All of our instructors draw on their experience to lead you through effective stretching and strengthening exercises from the worlds or dance and fitness.

    This class is suitable for anyone to attend, it's free for our members and to those with a Fitness Class Pass. PAYG also welcome for just £5 a session.
