We stretch for 2 reasons:

  • To keep our bodies supple and healthy, and able to keep up with and recover from our active lifestyles.
  • Deeper and improved long term flexibility.

    In our studio classes and online stretch tutorials you'll learn not only how to stretch but what the benefits of each stretch and movement are, what to avoid, what to push further, and how to recognise what your body needs from you.

    Cat is an experienced Pilates instructor with over 10yrs teaching dance and aerial fitness - if you have any injuries or persistant niggles please do get in touch before hand so she can talk to you and make any changes to the exercises given in class.
